Welcome to the website for Spring Grove Horse Show. We host 6 open Horse Shows each year (open to all breeds) at the Spring Grove Horse Fair Park in Spring Grove, Illinois.

Spectator admission is free! Enjoy a picnic with the family in the country. Picnic tables are available outside, as well as under the covered pavilion. Concessions are provided by  Boy Scout Troop 459. Purchasing concessions from them supports their involvement in the community, as well as help fund their camping trip.

Our shows include: Hunter, Dressage, English/Western Performance, and a Fun Show.

Please come out to join us in 2011. Our shows are a lot of fun. We strive to provide the best atmosphere for all participants and spectators. Our ribbons and prizes are top-notch, our outdoor arena is beautifully kept and everyone always has a smile and is willing to lend a hand to make your experience positive. Bring your seasoned show horse or a green youngster—you are sure to have a great time.

Volunteers are always needed. Whether it is for one show or 6 shows, a few hours or all day, we have a lot of jobs for everyone! Plus, it is a great way to make friends in the horse community. No horse experience required—just a smile!

To view Dressage results for our June 11th show, please click here. We were very fortunate and excited to have R.A. Adams Enterprises as a platinum sponsor for our 2011 High Point Awards. $400 was awarded to the overall high point winner. The high point winners in each age group, excluding the overall high point winner, received $150 and the runner up in each age group received $50. The age groups were 13 years and under, 14-18 years and 19 years and over. The overall high point winner was not eligible for age group high point awards. NOTE: It has come to our attention that not everyone can view our website in it’s entirety. We are also very happy to mail you show bills in the event you cannot get to the “Show Bills” page. The Spring Grove Horse Show has always been, and still is, an entirely volunteer organization. Since its inception in 1964, our organization has partnered with local community groups to provide funds for area parks, local schools and other local improvements. Spring Grove Horse Show’s current community support includes financial contributions to many community organizations including Spring Grove Fire Protection District, Spring Grove Police Department, PADS, PTO and Pioneer Center.
